I was wondering if you would consider changing the Tymora's Lucky Charm (+1 to all saves; +20 to all skills once/day) to give the dark blessing feat rather than +1 to all saves (the dark blessing feat is the charisma to save feat that gives a negative to saves if your charisma modifier is below 0).
The reason I ask is because currently, Tymora's Lucky Charm does not seem to be on anyone's list of artifacts they want to use. Sigil of Mystra (+1 spell penetration; +1 caster level once/day) is sought after, the spell penetration means you can splash pally on a sorc and not lose any sp compared to a pure wizard. Tear of Selune (increased movement speed; blind enemies once/day) is like getting monk speed without having to take monk levels. The lucky charm is like taking luck of heroes without taking the legendary luck feat.
Amusingly enough, Tymora's Lucky Charm seems to have become something of a booby prize (a booby prize is a slang term for a worthless consolation prize, it was once commonly used to describe the worthless toys you get in cereal boxes). So I was wondering if it could get an upgrade of either the paladin or blackguard save feat. Doing so would put it more in line with the others in that it would then have one of the benefit of a splash class and hence save it's user from having to do that splashing, just like the other artifacts added.

would changing it to granting Luck of Heroes unbalance anything? i feel like that would give it more than just a flat +1 by opening up a popular feat and prerequisite to legendary luck.

If your head is what you think with, the word you're looking for is "tail."
(sorry, it had to be said)
