Any chance of the UR pally armor being made a full plate? All paladins are STR tanks and could use the extra point to AC. I'd most likely use iridescent barrier anyway but just a suggestions to those that don't
Undying BUR subby really needs some love. IMO the worst BUR subby out there. can be used for anything but its not great for anything. maybe leave it the way it is and give it a +5 stat somewhere? or possible get rid of all the stats except for con and give it a +5 to Intelligence and make it a UR drop? that will at least give people a UR wizzy race and hopefully exterminate a good portion of the thid population.
any thoughts on these?

As long as you can hit a +2 Dexterity bonus, the paladin half plate will give you the same AC as full plate (7+2 on half plate; 8+1 on full plate).

Was going to post about this, but performed my due diligence and did a search first. ;D I agree. Anything with a DC involved, sucks because all the other BURs are gonna be +4 or +6 to the relevant ability. What makes it more annoying, is ability wise it is supposed to be a jack of all trades, but since it is race req elf, you are limited in builds without taking xp penalty. I have built almost everything with it so far on paper, and keep running in to 'why bother using this when X would be better'. And its the only BUR I have, but I seem to be able to do better with Stinger, thid, Titan and DragonBlooded. How about just changing it to subrace Any and making it +2 across the board? That would make for some interesting builds. On the wilder side of suggestions, is there any way to make the race mods dynamic by Base race? ie +4 con if elf, etc. Thanks

I beg to differ. It really depends on the build you're making - a lot of classes require multiple ability scores at high levels to be effective (paladin, monk, ranger, etc), and those bonus save feats simply cannot be overestimated. I'm attempting a Pariah build right now, and the only subrace I would MAYBE take over Undying is Shard, which gets 2 more to CON and CHA but lacks those feats. Pariahs are really starved for saves, and having all four pre-epic save feats for free is really a godsend, it's +3 to all saves not to mention allows the legendary feats... or look at it another way, you save 2-3 pre-epic feats in the process, which is also good as Pariahs are also starved for feats. Plus a lot of people seem willing to unload Undying subby books, I got my Undying book in a cheap trade, while Shard is much harder to come by unless you're lucky (I still don't have it).
Another thing... I don't know about you, but I completely ignore XP penalties when planning builds. In my view, a good build is worth the tradeoff of a 20% or even 40% XP penalty, since the penalty won't even be seen once you reach 60! Sure, it's a longer road to get there, but I'd rather take longer than have a lesser-quality build when I arrive. For that reason, I'd snub my nose at Dragonblooded in the face of Undying - the only plus side to Dragonblooded if you don't care about penalties is the 10% bonus to four immunities, which really is not much in the face of the lost save feats unless you already have amazing saves.

I would personally really like undying because I'm not a serious gamer (I play alot, but don't take it at all seriously), so because I get subbies at a slow rate, this would be perfect for me. With my two casters (both about level 10... xD) I had to put 4 feats aside to get their saves above 60, with pally splash, and this would really help with that too.
It's not appealing to many because theres always a better subby, but for me, I don't have a good chance of getting that subby, xD.
xD.
