Finger of Deaths description mentions how it still does damage even if the target is death immune. However, if you cast it on a creature with death immunity and they fail their save, nothing happens. It doesn't die because it's immune to death, but it doesn't take damage because it failed its save. Is it possible to re-do this so that if they're death immune and fail their save they still take the damage?
The Mord epic spell states "This casts Mordenkainen's Disjunction on every creature in a Large area of effect". However, wearing the ring that gives immunity to mord disjunction when its targetted upon you does not stop this effect (even though the description says how the mords are targetted on each creature, as opposed to simply being one mord cast as an AOE). Is it possible to change this so that the mord ring will at least protect people from this ability? It wouldn't really overpower this epic either, as its rarely used in parties as it strips party members of their buffs (effectively killing most people in some of the tougher areas), and also will affect the caster of it as well if they don't have the mord ring on. If they do have the mord ring on, it means they'll have sacrificed a ring inventory slot that could've been used for something else much more useful. As it is though using the mord epic against enemies close enough to you to mean you'll be hit by it is effectively commiting suicide as a caster. If its not possible to do this when the mord epic is targetted on the ground, is it at least possible to do when targetted at an individual creature?
