Hello all!
I´ve been playing for the last couple of weeks and it´s been pretty good.
I´ve been playing a monk and going the Dodge, Mobility , Spring Attack etc chain and it has worked fine -until I choose Whirlwind Attack.
My guy can only do one attack and then he just stops attacking, and he just standing there, dodging.
Rest doesn´t help, the only thing that help is logging off, but the same problem occurs at next Whirlwind Attack.
I´ve not installed anything, and runs the latest update.
It was so bad I had to erase my latest level and choose a new feat.
My character name is Deldor Stend and the player name is eldor loreseeker
Any thoughts?

It's an old biobug. Happens when you queue up more than one whirl in a row. Unequipping and reequipping your weapon used to fix it, and though I haven't tried it since 1.66, it probably still will. Funky

Funky Argh, well, that answers my question Still pretty hard for a monk to unequipp and reequipp his unarmed attacks, though Asmo

The only character I was using it with was my staffmaster and it was fine. Maybe it doesn't work only with unarmed attacks?

If whirlwind is that buggy, has anybody had any success with the enhanced whirls for CoT, SD, Monk, or others?

Whirlwind works OK as long as you make sure not to queue another attack until the previous WWattack icon disappears from your action queue.
As to the enhanced attacks, my only experience is of the fighter version and i find it hard to tell whether it's doing what it is supposed to (on hit 10% physical damage immunity reduction for 2 rounds) and hence i rarely use it.
Maybe it would be useful to have the second attack inflict some (minimal) damage in this case so you can see who the second attack has hit....

As mentioned above, WW works like a charm as long as you don't do ANYTHING while your WW still shows on the action queue. Heals will even bugger it. When that does happen, simply click on anything like a fresh attack or movement and you're back in action.
