Okay here is what happened...
did not log in for a few days... my husband than logs in his acct on my comp. When he checked his bank there was 0 dollars in the acct. I figured when I logged back in it would fix itself. However this was not the case. There was 0 in my acct and his was fine. I figured it would fix itself. Later I sold something in the regular chest and when I went to check my acct there was still 0 in the acct. I put some money in the bank and it still said 0 and would not let me with draw money either.
My account is TwilightQueen and the first char I logged in to check this is Marina Shadow.
My husbands account is AW_NightShadow and the first char he logged in with that the acct was 0 was NightShadow the Barb.
I am not worried about getting the money back though it would be nice. Just would like to be able to use the banking/auction system in place.

I verified that gold was not being added into his transfer account after buying his item from the market. However depositing and withdrawing gold normally does work.

Are you two sharing the same cd key or using different ones? Funky

We have separate cd keys... each key is on a different comp... occassionally we use the other persons comp to log into our account.

not sure how much this may effect the whole thing but when we are together we end up using the same ip. When he is away we end up with 2 different ips. Trying to give as much information as possible.

Not necessarily related to this bug but when you are both accessing from the same ip you have changed the port on one of the PCs haven't you?

That's a very important question, as logging in from the same ip with two computers using the same client port causes major bugginess, not just for those doing it but for all players on the server. Funky
