Out of interest, because I didn't see it in the rules, where did you see it Grudge? i think he meant "can't" as in "not being able to" and not as in "not being allowed to". afaik, it's not possible to pp someone in nopvp zones. that's why you can't pp someone in your own party either in party protected pvp zones.
