I think you'll find you're mistaken about URs having minimal value as I'm guessing you've not seen the new UR robes that have 100% immunity to negative we found last night

Erm, did I read this right? You are asking for cold hard real life dollars (euros, pounds, rubles, etc.) for these items? Have I misunderstood?

Yeah, Its extremely addicting, Ive just started playing the PS2 version myself. So far about 10 hours into the game, but I have to "explore everything that is", so Ill probably spend almost 50-100 hours, like I did on FFX. Though, will take the time to play lots of HG as well.

Disclaimer: I am not actually ''selling'' these items for money, as these are not my property. You are paying me for the time/effort i spent in hells gathering these items. This is utter nonsense, from a legal perspective. You needn't worry about interference from my end, however, the EULA only appears to limit commercial exploitation of your own 'variations' (read: modules), and doesn't impose any duty on server ops. Same reason why grammar nazis love to point out spelling and preposition misuse.....because they are compelled to. He's a lawyer, he can't help it.

..Then why did you bother posting? To let you know you needn't worry. The justification you offered smacked of nervousness. You're welcome. Or, put another way, don't be a smartass to someone who can arbitrarily lock your account and cost you 200 bucks. Funky

Personally I think thats a bummer, If peeps have money to spare, it should go to the server as a donation to keep it going, now you might be sucking money from possible donations saying your time in gathering it is worth money, but the Dev teams time in making it POSSIBLE to gather is not, because while they will not offer it to you for money, your money is needed to keep the server going.
Sorry I hate to see possible server donations leached away by things like this, and especially if it became a trend.

That gets pretty close to the sketchy line drawn out by the NWN EULA, maybe too close....

Oh there's bidding? I'll give you a dollar. US currency. Cold hard cash even. Or two 50-cent pieces. Whichever mails more easily.

I'll not be making a real offer, but I don't see any reason to be rude about it.
