So.. Which is better? Quarterstaff or Scythe? I've got the DB Quarterstaff and now the DB Scythe too, and I'm looking for which is the better weapon for this build: highergroundpoa.proboards3.com/index.cgi?board=builds&action=display&n=1&thread=1164933525(50 Rdd/8 Paladin/2 Bard) On the one hand, nearly every large STR character seems to be lugging a Scythe around, with some going for Greatsword and the occasional Spear or Halberd. Scythe gets big crits, looks cool, etc etc. On the otherhand, the build I'm looking at doesn't have any WM levels, so wouldn't be quite as devastating with a Scythe as a Scythe wielding WM. AND I heard it said that "bludgeoning is king" re. Higher Ground, and wondered if, in fact, Quarterstaff would be a better bet for that reason? Thanks for reading!

You would probably be better off with a warhammer or heavy flail. Though maybe not the heavy flail because the DB version was never added.

Great, Warhammer it is then. Thanks very much for the speedy response.

Is there a list of the DB weapons that WERE added? Is the heavy flail the only one that wasn't? I'm trying to think about the new double-weapon mod, and I'd like to do Dire Mace (since it's bludgeoning), but I was just wondering if there was a DB heavy flail. Same for double axe and two-bladed sword.
As always, thanks in advance!

Heavy Flail was the only one passed over afaik. It'll be in soon enough, though no one has one at the moment. Funky
