I am currently playing a str based barbarian/rogue and plan to have barbarian 30 / Rogue 10 as my level break down. This gives me 1 rogue feat----
Which is best in HG? -Improved Evasion??

Most definitely.
All the rest suck.
But Slippery Mind comes in a far, far second.

Can't imagine taking any other of the level 10 feat choices over that one. It's huge.
Defensive Roll is taken as a prereq for Epic Dodge which I don't think you're going to be getting. Slippery Mind has uses but far, far behind Improved Evasion. Half damage on every dragon breath, lots of traps, lots of other things. All very good. If you reflex save is high enough you might even get to where you take no damage from these things, which is a Good Thing when 6 mages all call down meteor swarms at once.

Epic dodge is really for dex builds who rarely get hit as it is - hence being able to evade the odd one attack that does get through is a huge thing. For str barb builds who get pounded mercilessly and have to rely on dmg resistance/immunity to survive, epic dodge isn't worth the price.

you need both defensive roll AND improved evasion for epic dodge as well, so i doubt you'll be able to fit it in your build
