what are your target areas for using this character? when i'm making new chars i like to look at where i plan to play them primarily (i genereally like to play certain chars in certain areas) which i think is a good idea for builds which don't use subraces, though there are non-secret subraces you should look at.
my first thought is that you'll be struggling as a str build. i would consider you change to a dexer, maybe a rogue a halfling or dwarve which still negates xp penalty but gives bonuses to certain stats. . if you don't plan on taking weapon master builds, i would drop dodge and mobility. and strong soul, as well as your great con feats. you need to take as many great dex feats as you can, and currently you have none. a starting con of 14-16 should be enough especially if you work on getting you ac high enough to make epic dodge really effective.
anyhow, right now i'd say look at the derrzagon dwarf and artic dwarves as a good idea of subraces which are open to all chars, as well as some of the human ones out there like gnoll. put all your points in great dex and take as many great cons as possible, and try to hit as many great dex feats out there.
good start, you've got most a few extra feats but it looks like a good start.
instead of rogue levels, you could consider monk levels for better saves pre-epic, but its all up to you

I agree with Domicron on the dexer issue, but that's really a personal preference. For more info on STR Shadowdancer builds search the builds forum for Dodrudon's shadowtank build. I've leveled a SD to 60, and I have to say that they rock, but it's not because I did a good build. Mine was a rogue/wm/sd build. Shadowdancer builds are hard to mess up mostly because the prereqs are easy to meet and the extras for shadowdancers mesh well with almost any other class. The exact build you use depends entirely on your play style. I thought rogue might be good so I could open locks and stuff, but that's only good till the desert. After that my rogue skills were useless. It was helpful to be able to UMD though. Bard levels might be an alternative to rogue (or monk). I like the fighter levels. My SD wasn't able to hit hard (but with rogue I had good criticals ). I'm currently remaking my shadowdancer as a dexing fighter/bard/SD. You should play with some combinations of classes to find one that matches your goals or play-style. Either way you should probably lose the Great Con feats. You'll need either strength or dexterity either way you go. Also, instead of using a Epic Skill Focus for hide, perhaps UMD (to use staves and scrolls) or concentration (to avoid taunt) might be better. Above all, don't get the epic summon. It's beyond useless and you can find a couple items that let you summon stuff should you need it. Consider taking whirlind. One way or another the whirlwind bug is going to be fixed or bypassed and you will miss the extra stuff it does for shadowdancers.

Every tank needs a specialty. For RDDs, it's high strength, awesome stats, and fire immunity, for DDs it's high strength, awesome damage reduction (should basically take NO physical damage), for fighters it's a massive amount of feats, for WMs it's high AB, and for Dexers it's high AC, conceal, and epic dodge. As a Shadowdancer, you get concealment, immunities, damage reduction, and eventually infinite Etherealness. It's a little of everything from all the different tank types. Therefore, the concentration of the class is on defense. It's up to you whether you base your stats and feats defensively or offensively, depending on how you like to play. To know which feats to choose, I'd recommend playing more LL runs. My first two immos were wizards, but I still picked up on what were good and bad feats to take as a tank. I'd highly recommend this thread: highergroundpoa.proboards3.com/index.cgi?board=buildtalkGood general building guidelines to follow based on the mod. Still, everyone has their own variations, for example, I only take Epic Prowess if I have absolutely no other feat choices, but some builds will list it as "required." I'd start by taking a build posted on the forums and modifying it to your taste, to see what they suggest and why, then playing on your own to figure out what works and what doesn't.
