Why did you decide to choose the evocation spell book to improve bigbies? Having focus in evocation has no effect on the likelihood of bigby hands grappling their targets last i checked.

Well, Bigby's Grasping Hand is an Evocation spell. So, I naturally assumed that the DC for it grappling the target would be increased if you had more SF in evocation.... Is this not the case? Wish I wasnt so busy right now (new baby on the way soon). If anyone wants to test this and get back to me, please do. Thanks ~DL_007

Crushing hand and grasping hand roll a grapple check for suceed/fail -
"The grapple check works as follows: First, the caster makes a roll against the target's AC: 1d20 + casting ability modifier + caster level + 10 − 1. If that succeeds, a grapple roll is made: 1d20 + casting ability modifier + caster level + 10 + 4 versus target's roll of 1d20 + target's BAB + target's size modifier + target's strength modifier.
