I found a program that automatically backs up your log files when you exit nwn so they don't get overwritten. I think some of the logwatchers do this but not sure which ones(I know Syn's doesn't as I use it).
I've been looking for a program to do this for quite some time, and hopefully someone else will find it useful.
It also autoexecutes nwn for you...not sure I like that part tho.

Was looking for a parser and tons of the ones posted here have invalid links. I then read through this thread, and figured since I already started I may as well go through and update this thread since most of the parsers are defunct and are listed as links from the old board, hopefully this will save folks some time. For the ones that are still valid, I presume they still work but haven't tested any of them myself except Higher Ground Extender and ARF2.
Listed in chronological order of posting (per Funky's original post):
Ruby Chat Log analyzer (dead link, defunct)
Hedges Nwn Logparser (dead link, defunct)
Bort's NWN Log Parser for windows (dead link, defunct)
this should be the only one people use tbh - although in fairness I haven't used the others, the reason I say vichyas should be used is because it's kept current for the most part, and has a lot more useful features than just a parser(for in-game use)
