The Dark Templars
We, the 'Dark Ones', aspire to conquer the Nine Hells and beyond.
We are mainly a caster-based guild and strive to master the art of both arcane and divine magic. That being said, we also see the value in meleer’s, encouraging our players to play both sides. We have some excellent tank players and see these as an important part of a winning team! Having fun is the most integral part of our play. Slackers unite!
Philosophy
With the community in mind, the Dark Templar’s goal is to help new hell players transition to demi-godhood and conquer the post hells. We try to be as open as possible when forming runs, encouraging new players to join and have fun. Our runs for the most part are quite fast paced, so expect to be pushed to the limit of your play! Despite often pushing ourselves to the limits as well, we also like to banter with one another throughout runs, so don’t be intimidated! If there is something that a player needs to know, we encourage them to ask and we will do our best to answer. Likewise we like to learn from each other and other members of the community.
Expectations
If you would like to join our guild, get to know us. Try and run with as many of our guild members as possible. We do not expect players to have the top equipment and a huge amount of experience, as that is something that we can help you to gain. That being said, we don’t tolerate leeches. We most welcome like-minded players that are willing to learn and want to have fun doing so.
If you are interested in joining us, the best thing for you to do is find us in game and make us aware of your intention to apply. While you build up the required characters we can help you start gathering the gear and knowledge you need to play them to their best.
Requirements for Admission
Three hell characters that have progressed deep into hell (Malad at a minimum).
- One character must be a core class caster (Bard, Druid, Cleric, Wiz, Sorc).
- The other two characters can be any class.
Dual Guilding: This is something that the guild has decided is not permitted. If a player intends to leave another guild to join the dts, a gradual move of characters is fine. As long as all the persons characters are moved over within a reasonable amount of time.
