A 12 attack per round quasi build (they seemed like a good idea so I'm looking at all of them - the dex bfm failed horribly). This time, the storm lord. I suspect I will reinc my drogue after 2x into this (the drogue just isn't that exciting even though he can do a bit of everything)
Monk splash gives me 6 prim hand attacks with -3 progression with goad/nunchaku/kama. Haste, flurry,, and tensers gives me 3 bonus prim hand attacks at -5 progression. I2WF gives me 2 offhand attacks for a grand total of 11 attacks per round with flurry engaged.
No real spells other than a few buffs. You haven't really got any DC. You do, however, get mass heals, healing circles, aov, camo, remove disease, etc... Unlike the other quasi's, this guy gets dev crit and decent phys damage (plus weapon spec and a tiny warriors whetstone), which is nice on all those attacks.
I took parry/ca/ca, but you might want to swap one of those for hide.
AC is marginal, especially pre-demi, but you can swap in a small shield for a solid AC boost at a loss of 2 attacks (and your attacks all go up 2 ab when you do this due to dual wield penalties vanishing), so in your defensive mode you ahve 2 ab higher and ONLY 19 attacks.
You only get one druid epic. You could dmpe some g-dex for another one, but I prefer the ab/ac.
NOTE: This only works as a reinc and with a wis arti... that's a bit steep and not really viable. as you will only have 13wis and need 2x demi wis + arti to unlock spells.
Final build in +14 gear:
AB 96, 99 with double demi and DEX arti (generous CA assumptions)
AC 123 pre demi dual, 134 pre-demi with shield. 132 with double demi, arti, asmo and girding dual wield, 143 with shield. (generous CA assumptions)
hp: 926 (careful of the kickback)

- A druid epic (GO SHUNT!)
- IC/PC/SC/OC/DC on a dexer
- 10 attacks per round even if you go with a shield in defensive mode
- Unslaggable if you go with nunchaku
Con's:
- No crit immune (just parry mitigation)
- No unresistable damage
- Only 1 epic
- Only works double demi
