Need help fixing this toon up, let me know what you think please!

You will rely on energy buffer for elemental resists with this gear set-up until demi.
At demi, switch out your wizard boots with styxwalkers. Then switch out your Scint Scarf with Helm of Zeal and you have everything covered.

You don't need ESF lore since you are Int based. Even without skill bonuses your Lore will be around 63+27, and you have legend lore to put you over 120, so that means one free feat
Saves are (add+35 from gear/levels): Will 6+7 +10= 23 -> 58 Reflex 3+3 +8= 14 -> 49 Fortitude 3+7 +6 +4/feat= 20 -> 55
Considering the danger of Amnesia checks, you might prefer to use a higher Will instead of Fortitude. One viable option would be getting the Fort/Will feats, netting +6 on both by discarding Maximize spell. However, most people would say: "leave saves for tanks as you shouldn't be in a position you will need them anyway".
Another option given your current feat setup, is going 25/15 instead of 26/14, for more level 8 cleric slots (extended greater restoration) as you have a spare feat. You can get 1-2 bonus slots from Wisdom 30-32+ and another 2 slot just from being a level 15 Cleric instead of 14.

I am of the casters don't need saves belief but Will saves could be useful for Amnesia checks which you can get with out being in combat.

Isn't 58 enough with Greater Restoration? Im not sure how high the save gets but other than more Will I would go with Reflex except with 49 and Epic Reflexes your still going to be very low with only 53 Reflex.

Isn't 58 enough with Greater Restoration? It depends on your play style, I guess. There are mobs with DC 55+, mobs with DC 65+, mobs that allow no save at all... single target, aoe, ranged... In general, unless you are having bath in the river, hug ephasiarchs and when you know when it is the time to GS, you should be fine. As with most checks, in the long run the actual value of your Will save tells you *how long* it will take before you get amnied, rather than *if*. Even sorcs with 80+ saves roll a 1 from time to time. That is why Styxwalkers and others are so cool, as they change the "how long" to "never". simpetar

I'm playing with a similar build, using Drow Noble, what means I swapped the last feat for LSF Divination (and got ESF Divination ealier, by dropping extend spell), netting another epic and a powerful Powerword Kill. Also, I have splashed monk for some extra AC (tumble 63 and wis AC), the option to use torch (which include the Theurge one, or maybe the abyss or asmo's), less worrying about slagging (base disciple 63 with able learner) and better touch spells with Listen.
Domain choices: War (Aura of vitality) and Plant (bar skin and creeping doom).
Stats: Str 8 Dex 10 Con 10 Int 18+6 Wis 16+4 Cha 8
Progression (Wizard 10 -> Cleric 10 -> Wizard 16 -> Cleric 3 -> Monk 1)
Saves (at 60 with +12): Fort 52 Will 60 (very handy) Ref 47
Some random advices/ideas: *One could splash Ranger on this build and get another Spell focus rank on Divination (and animal empathy for better Creeping doom) - especially useful for stargazer *Blade barrier has more AB than Evaard's regardless of INT mod.

Some thoughts as I am working on a similar build if you drop Maximize Spell and Epic Fortitude/ESF Lore you can pick up ESF & LSF Divination which can be good for using PWK. Extended and Empowered are too good to get rid of costing only 1 & 2 levels extra per slot.
