I didn't notice about skills, thenut68. If you're still only Level 40 (or less), tho, that might be the problem. Barbarians get extra skills based on their Barbarian level in LLs, which will compensate for the lack of skills earlier somewhat. If you're short just one skill, tho, you might try dropping Spellcraft. That will only affect your ability to counterspell on the Rona boss map, and you can even get around that by taking one point in Spellcraft and getting the rest (all 20 or so points you'll need) from a friendly bard and/or gear. Spellcraft doesn't affect your ability to handle Desert/DB/Thids on a Pariah, tho, and that's where you'll be doing most of your XPing.

P.S. One Note: If you do go the 1 spellcraft route so you can counterspell in Rona (or Aboleths), don't go into Hell/Abyss with it - you'll get penalties to your Spellcraft skill which, since you're now "trained" in its use, will give you a penalty to your saving throws (vs spells only, but still...).

In LL (level 41+) you will be granted alot of extra skill points. For Gnome you´ll get 3 points per level extra, and 1 point vor Barbarian control class. That should usually fix any skill problems you encountered pre 41.

Might want to mention that there's a mult-class leveling penalty with this subrace since most of the time the classes are more than 1 level apart.
Also, the forum says that Gnomes get 2 skill points per level as a bonus instead of 3. But still it's a big help.

The 3rd point is as a Barbarian they get +1 skill point per level

Was it supposed to be 20 barbs / 20 sorcs lvls ?? i just couted 6 barbs lvls in the build
