I've seen that pariahs can't use healing and regenrates 5% every 3 secs.
Can the pariah use regen items and/or potions?
How do you play a pariah, as a DD? Tank?
Thanks.

Regen properties work. Can't drink healing potions.
You play them as a pure caster only.

You play them as a pure caster only. You should play them as casters only. Pariah base regen is easily 200 hp a round later on, which is more than enough to deal with the damage you should be taking. Regen items work but are not worth it, they add very minimal amounts and "cost a lot" stat wise of what item can have. If item has higher than average regen it wont have as much other stuff on it. In emergency situations you go ethereal and wait few rounds and you're back at full hp.

Whilst people have made melee Pariah characters they suffer from some significant disadvantages compared to a 'standard' melee build. If you are desperate to build something with insane HPs I'd suggest a Con based Shifter tank type as they can be very effective especially as their other physical (Str & Dex) stats (in shifted form at least) are on par or in fact greater anything you can build by adding points as you level up.

Played a shifter but saw that I had more AC unshifted than shifted, when does that start to change? On another hand, doesn't the CON get shifted too so doesn't matter what your con is if you are shifted? Regards.

Play it more, and check your CON. It stays the same.

Yes there is a huge positive difference between shifted and unshifted ac once you get into the late legendary levels and have the relevant Feats, playing to 40 gives little useful information on the final build (as is the case for a lot of character types here). One of the advantages of making a shifter tank is that it does not require an uber race with only the bonus Feats you may get having a significant effect on the character (such as Anarch for shifter specific feats or Half-Guardinal for innate Evasion and Petrification immunity). The primary negative concern is the inability to change weapons whilst shifted leading to vulnerability if you need to do this during melee when encountering a creature that heals on one of your damage types.
