This document is a result of my research in the process of planning the Immortality solo speedrun. It lists set loot drops - items that will always be in the same place and drop every time.

Since I gathered this information for the speedrun, there may be some gaps. I will be adding to and editing this as I find more items and confirm things. This is not available to publicly edit, as I have no way to prevent vandalism, but feel free to PM me anything important you find. I will be omitting any trivial items or items with no useful properties, for the sake of space.
Things to know when reading this:
- In listing location, I tried to be specific enough without being long-winded. There isn't a good consistent way of describing where an item is apart from compass directions and standout visual reference points.
- I do plan to go back through and add armor base AC in, that was an oversight when I did my combing for set drops. Likewise for weapon types.
- Level requirements may occasionally be inaccurate. I have heard from other players that especially some of the items in Drow areas claim a lower level than they actually require, and I haven't tested.
- Item properties are abbreviated a lot for the sake of space. It should still be clear what means what, if you're confused by something, PM me and I may decide to change it. Skills are abbreviated to four letters, so "Conc" is Concentration and "Spel" is Spellcraft, for example.
- Sell price is at the mass sell chest in the Wandering Wyrm or guild halls. This is by far the most lucrative place to sell items, unless your Appraise skill is extremely high. Never sell items to shop vendors, unless they are very cheap items and you're just clearing space. Waste not, want not!
- The "AC" column abbreviates the type of AC to one letter. A = Armor, S = Shield, D = Deflection, N = Natural, and since Dodge also starts with D, Dodge is abbreviated as O. This is usually useless information, since most item types have only one possible type of AC, but not always the case - sometimes gloves or bracers give Deflection, sometimes Armor AC.
- Yellow just means I haven't fully confirmed that the item is guaranteed to drop. This means that even if I'm 90% sure it is, I still haven't gone back and made sure the item dropped again. I'm pretty confident about almost all of these items, so don't worry about it.
- Red is information I know I'm missing. I never got through the portcullis in the Nether Caves, for example. (Yes, I know how to get past it now, just haven't gone back in there.)
- While boss drops are included here, specifically dragon drops are not. This is because 1) dragon drops are fixed items but still have a percent chance to appear, 2) past a certain level, they won't appear, and 3) there were new drops implemented and I haven't gone back to look for them. Dragon drops might eventually be a second document, I don't know how much I feel like bashing my head against luck for a prolonged project of such limited use.
- I considered including Use Magic Device requirements, but that would be a lot of extra work. If you need to know this about a specific item, you can always use !itemlevel on the item.
- Container rogue skill DCs listed are in order of [Disable Trap / Open Lock]. It is not noted whether a trap can be removed by setting it off; I don't see much point, as nearly all trapped containers are also locked.
