Stormlords are battle druids, an equivalent of Battle clerics. However stormlords get their benefits from being dex based. They require 30 base dex for most of their abilities. While many areas of HG are currently slanted towards str tanks, dexterity does have its advantages. This is intended to be a stand up tank rather than a high damage dealer.
The name of this build comes from Wakinyan - the Lakota name for thunder beings or thunder gods. I highly recommend the book: The Journey of Crazy Horse: A Lakota History to learn more.
Subrace - Elf: Half Storm Archon. This build can be done with thunderborn but it will likely have one less epic spell, I will post a version with that subrace later. A big disadvantage on this build is low constitution but it is difficult to remedy with base race elf. Best approach may be to use con artifact. Advantages are large fonts, other druid buff spells, extended nature's balance, immute, shunt, frailty epics.

Read conjuration book - primarily for paragon conjuration spell
Legendary Feats
Legendary skill affinity tumble
Legendary weapon focus
LSF Conjuration
Great Dex IV - VI
Paragon Feats
Paragon weapon focus
Paragon spell focus conjuration
Paragon spell knowledge conjuration
Paragon environmental adaptivity 1-3
Skills
Max Discipline, Tumble (in legendary levels after taking LSA tumble), Hide (43 base is fine), Listen and parry using able learner. I max concentration due to a lot of combat casting and animal empathy because I like making animal friends but you could choose heal, craft armor/weapon or persuade instead.
Notes
-You receive an extra dice of electricity on your self buffed weapons. Shock weapon operates normally when cast on other players.
-Storm of vengeance becomes like divine power. Just knowing the extend spell feat extends the duration.
-It helps on damage if you can find a devcrit item for some finessable weapon and build around that.
-Since this is a druid you can utilize foundation of stone and tortoise shell to keep from being knocked down around a group of enemies like pit fiends, it's very important to play in the hells, to a lesser extent the abyss. The bad news is that drops your dexterity to basically nothing so your melee output goes away. Good news is you can still support the party by picking up kds and having Aura of Balance active that way.
-Font spells are excellent on this build and helpful to you as you can sit in the middle of them and tank away
-I tried a version of this build that dualed and used monk weapons but the rate of suicide from damage feedback was way too high. Sword and board is much easier to keep upright, plus affording the feats and keeping decent saves without a pally splash is a bit difficult.
