Max AC is 136 with Gird, 138 with PSK Necro from Druid. This factors in +3 from CA which will take a little work. Max AB is 107 if I did the math right. This factors in +3 to CW which is easily done. Max conceal for the build hits 65% I think with a pure camo.
Barbarian's are nowhere near the top of the food chain. If you insist on making one this is my opinion for the most optimal choice while you wait 3 days for them to be worth building. Improved evasion due to monk 9, run fast, maximize threat range with scimitar and weapon master (13-20 / x4), solid saves, AB, and AC and good damage. Your max HP will hit over 1600 meaning you're immune to PWK while at / near full life and therefore don't need to cover it for Limbo.
This was my first tank I ever took into Limbo. Can get the job done and do it well for what it is and all accomplished without the cancer of Shapestrong Rage. You get 2H damage bonus full time here without any of the drama. No time wasted on trash rages which don't do enough or add damage you'd rather not want on all your weapons. Critical immunity from rages is going to hit around 2 minutes and 25 seconds or something, with 7 uses no big issues there. I found a fun barbarian ego to help add a little bit of buffer there.
Any feedback welcome, created this basically to be a placeholder toon for an eventual reincarnation if / when tank meta shifts with Mechanus, duel-wield changes, Barbarian buffs, etc. Works in all areas of the module. Enjoy.
The goal is to cover daze, stun, confusion, charm (much lesser extent but still nice), Level 6 Spell immunity, physical resists, exotic resists, and elemental resists, plus leverage your second ring slot to flex immunities.
Armor: Robes of the Dim Mak Master (Elemental resists, listen + discipline skill bonuses, epic will (more saves), word of faith immunity (useful for Limbo Part 2), source of +14 DEX / WIS to help pad that AC as soon as possible.
Belt: The Serpent's Coil a.k.a. Asmo Belt ( +16 to STR / DEX / CON, implosion immunity, 20 deflection AC)
Ring 1: Mallek's Rebuke (Magic immunity + Mord), later on Ring of the Planewalker

Ring Flex: Eldritch Circle (Aboleth's Dispel Ring) / Chaosward (Limbo P1 Dispel Ring), as well as Silver Nimbus (1/2 Kickback ring from Cania secrets)
Boots: Mordekanian's Mockey (BUR Breach Boots), later Sandals of Perdurance (Abyssal Vestige Breach boots with flesh to stone immunity, physical resists, physical immunities, skills)
Boots Flex: Breach In The Weave (Limbo P2 Mord Boots)
Cloak: Loki's Torment (Level 6 Spell immunity, some minor exotic resistances, some physical immunities), potentially Covering of the Bulezau (Stun immunity, Gaping Maw Part 1) or Mantle of the Palrethee (Daze Immunity, Azzagrat Part 1), later a Wrap of the Dark Prince (Divine Power Level 50 from Azzagrat part 3 in the Abyss)
Neck: Sprectre's Necklace (Listen, Hide, Parry, exotic resistances, Word of Faith immunity) / Orudin's Oath (Craft Armor + Craft Weapon, Discipline, Physical immunities), later Strongheart
Bracers: Bracers of Many Eyes (Daze Immunity, from Aboleth's) or Gauntlet's of Tranposed Energy (Physical Resists), later Manacles of Mephistopheles (Randomized up to Level 6 Spell Immunity with a Salamdander's Daze augmenter attached)
