I have not managed to get any of the xR cleric races but did get Verdant Prince so decided it was time to make a cleric with it, turns out it is very effective with maximum DC for several schools, two metamagics for spell level flexibility
Half-Elves (can speak Elven)
- All half-elves receive 1 additional skill point per level. Skill points for levels prior to 41 will be granted upon taking level 41.
- All half-elves can acquire Legendary Skill Affinity Spot and Listen in legendary levels.
"Verdant Prince" (secret eXtremely Rare; changes Appearance - antlers and glowing eyes)
- FC: Druid
- DEX +2, CON +2, WIS +8
- Free Feats: Great Wisdom I/II, SF/GSF: Transmutation, SF: Divination, Dodge, Toughness
- Other: Environmental Penalties reduced by 2 levels if outdoors, Survival: Treewalk

Free Feats: Free Feats: Great Wisdom I/II, SF/GSF: Transmutation, SF: Divination, Dodge, Toughness, Other: Environmental Penalties reduced by 2 levels if outdoors, Survival: Treewalk
Skills @ 60:
Concentration 63
Cross-Class Discipline 31 -> 41 (Paragon points)
Parry 63
Heal 42 As noted in posts below can significantly improve inflict wounds damage and boost regeneration from healing circle
Spellcraft Minimum 1 point to allow counterspelling if you want to be able to perform this function
Cross-Class Tumble 31 -> 41 (Paragon points)
Spare skill points at Levels 41+ can go into anything you want although Craft Armor for potentially +2-3 AC boost is a good call, you will have enough to maximise one more skill 41-60 with half-Elf bonus points and then use the paragon skill points 61-80 to boost Discipline and Tumble.
Leveling Order:
1-40 Cleric
Domains: Whatever you feel like for extra spells
--- Pre-Epic Feats
1 - Spell Focus: Evocation
3 - Greater Spell Focus: Evocation
6 - Greater Spell Focus: Divination
9 - Spell Penetration
12 - Greater Spell Penetration
15 - Spell Focus: Abjuration
18 - Metamagic: Extend Spell
--- Epic Feats
21 - Greater Spell Focus: Abjuration
23 - Epic Spell Focus: Divination [Cleric Bonus Feat]
24 - Epic Spell Focus: Transmutation
26 - Epic Spell Focus: Evocation [Cleric Bonus Feat]
27 - Epic Spell Focus: Abjuration
29 - Epic Spell Penetration [Cleric Bonus Feat]
30 - Great Wisdom 3
32 - Great Wisdom 4 [Cleric Bonus Feat]
33 - Great Wisdom 5
35 - Great Wisdom 6 [Cleric Bonus Feat]
36 - Great Wisdom 7
38 - Great Wisdom 8 [Cleric Bonus Feat]
39 - Great Wisdom 9
Wondrous Tome: Necromancy (Free SF, GSF & ESF: Necromancy)
--- Legendary Feats
42 - Legendary Spell Penetration
45 - Legendary Spell Focus: Evocation
48 - Legendary Spell Focus: Divination
51 - Legendary Spell Focus: Necromancy
54 - Legendary Spell Focus: Abjuration
57 - Great Wisdom 10
60 - Metamagic: Empower Spell
All the Feats can be moved around based on personal preference as unlike Int based casters there is no specific benefit to taking all Great Wisdom points earlier in the build.
Artifact: Pyramid Energy (Wisdom)
Pandect: Craft Armor
--- Paragon Feats
63 - Paragon Spell Focus: Divination
66 - Paragon Spell Knowledge: Divination
69 - Paragon Spell Focus: Necromancy
72 - Paragon Spell Knowledge: Necromancy
75 - Paragon Spell Focus: Abjuration
78 - Paragon Spell Penetration
Notes: Taking PSF Evocation is probably not worth the loss of an alternate PSK as noted by other players. Currently at least the PSK Necromancy (Erradicate) and PSK Divination (Serendipitous Forethought) are the best choices for paragon spells with the double casts of Eternal Return and Miracle being a nice added bonus. Whilst Paragon feat order is not critical getting PSK Divination first is probably best from a party assistance point of view, PSF Abjuration makes you an effective banisher/dismisser.
