(I did a quick search and didn't find this, my apologies if I missed it)
I would like to suggest that Intuitive Attack function for Touch Attacks. To me, the idea that it work for weapons but not for Touch is... odd.
If this is already the case, then the documentation needs updating.
If it is considered too powerful, perhaps adding an Advanced Intuitive Attack feat could remedy the problem.

Does Weapon Finesse or Rapier Wit impact it? Reading the base description of touch attacks those also don't factor in. I would see argument for Weapon Finesse and Intuitive attack since they are valid for unarmed attacks.

Considering that Weapon Finesse doesn't work for melee touch, nor does Zen Archery work for ranged touch and considering that Intuitive Attack doesn't work for unarmed melee, it's not odd at all that Intuitive Attack doesn't work for melee touch, either.
It may not make much sense from a PnP/realism perspective, but at this point...it's probably unlikely for these things to change, and even less likely for a new feat to be implemented.

I thought unarmed melee did work with Intuitive Attack too much to remember in the mod lucky I remember what I do

When was the last time you saw a touch attack miss, apart from rolling a nat 1 or conceal? Touch attacks ignore armor, shield, and natural AC, they almost always hit apart from the cases I mentioned earlier. To implement Intuitive Attack or Weapon Finesse working on touch attacks seems rather pointless and waste of zots.
