I was used to window 7 (apparently window 98) and now I'm with window 10 and I have a problem. When I tried to enlarge the font, what happened was that when I wanted to enlarge them too much I wanted to reduce them a little, but there surprise my icons on the desktop (the image of the icon did not change size) the button of the icon at each try took more and more width, to the point that now they make the width of my screen and they are all piled up at the top of my screen, and I can not find anywhere on the web of solutions I thought about doing a system restore but all I see is reset and it says: This allows you to keep or delete your personal files and then reinstall window (do I need to have the window disk? because I don't ... my window is legal but I don't have the disk ..... and so if I click, a window appears and I have two choices there of course I'm sure of the option to take out of the two proposed. But if one of you knows window 10 and can help me by telling me what to do to restore my icon buttons to a normal width I would be grateful Really my relationship with window 10 starts very badly

Try this:
Hit the Windows key on the keyboard(between the left CTRL and ALT keys)
Type in the word Settings
Hit Enter
The Display settings will be visible by default, and you can use the slider to adjust the text size

I know where the control panel is, there is not the problem, on this screenshot you can see my problem, following the manipulation I described in my previous comment. You'll find the buttons are the width of the screen (you can see the light blue line each side of them, and i cannot move them to the right or left they stay in the middle cause the larger of the button ), what you see is the best I could do to unstangle them, I can't extract any more from the stack at the very top , and again this time and I don't know why I managed to get two icons out of the heap. In short, how to reset the icon buttons to an acceptable width, I tried via the control panel for the size of the icons (obviously I can use control + the wheel of my mouse but the width of the button does not only change the size of the icons. And then put them back where I want them

Think you found out the problem, i try to follow the manipulation from the link you gave me but this is not going this way, for my part i have a small lens ( like pc scry icon on the game ) and there i can type ... redigit .... and there i have some options i try to understand on what to do when there, mostly it's help web page, but will take a look closer tomorrow or at least i will go to a tech and as i am about sure you are right then i will point this out for him, maybe it will spare me few $$ on his work time Thanks a lot !

Click on the desktop. Hold down the left CTRL key and roll your mouse wheel down. That should resize your icons also. If that does not work, try the following 1. Right mouse click on the desktop (see pic) 2. Click View then Small Icons (or Classic Icons if it shows that way as per my screenshot) 3. If Auto Arrange Icons is ticked, then untick that. If that does not work, refer to the same screenshot and click Display Settings
Scroll down until you see Scale and Layout. Change from whatever value it is currently at to 100% or 125%, then change to your preferred value (typically windows chooses 125% on larger monitors). It may be that your graphics card drivers are not up to date either if they are the default ones that came with the card.

To Boroi
This i knowed it and i can change the size of the icons. I probably explain not so good the problem what could have mystaked you, sorry for this.
If you look good on the screen shot i putted upper you can see the icons are pile up the screen, even if i was able to bring one in about the first 1/3 and one at about 25% of the bottom. Also as you can see they are in the middle of the screen and cannot be move on right or left ( on my screen shot you can see each side of the icons a large light blue bar showing the button size of the icons, this is why i answered to Starcore he probably right in what he have answered me.
And after i did what he said with the help of his screen shot in his last comment, all is back to normal, but thanks bud to have try to help me.
