does one have to reinc a toon from years ago to benefit from the end game area tags (hell to abyss changes)

when you relog and get a new pc hide for the first time after the update it re-assesses the applicable tags and respective bonus for each tag. for example, if your toon was x7 demi and x0 abyss, you would gain what used to be the prince win boni for x5 prince, and lose the layer pen scaling that was shifted from demi to abyss, leaving you with double demi stat boosts and all prince win benefits with no layer pen reduction (although the calculation was also changed anyway, so your layer pen reduction would not be the same as an old x2, either).
