Need help with two bugged chars

Two of my chars have gear on them that is above their levels (the server wont let them in)
the first one is
Asher and the account name is _Jean-Claude the Master Vampire
And the other char is called Eauldure and the account name is _Asher_
Hope you can help me out with them and i would be glad as well if you would xfer both of the chars to the logname G4briel
