Pretty self explanitory... since the last reset they have been completely empty whereas I had at least 3 pages full of stuff. I tried multiple characters, each server, and both sides of the bank. Still nothing. Anything else I can try or maybe the reset affected it somehow?

I'm afraid my answer to this would be don't leave stuff in the transfer chests unless you don't want it. They seem more vunerable to loss than the standard storage chests and I personally wouldn't complain as they're there for transfering stuff not as an alternate storage option. My opinion anyway.

The chests are bugproof. Most likely you left an item that couldn't be saved in one of the chests and failed to notice the 'not saved' message. In any event, I need your exact playername to do anything about it. Funky

"Fentruck" is the exact name, I always made sure they saved correctly (not placing potions, charged staffs/wands). I don't remember placing anything differently in there from before the reset either. Thanks for the replies.

Heya Funky, I know you are super busy with things for HG and the new HG2 forums, however would it be possible for the Text that appears that says "items were not saved ect ect...." to pop over your head over and over such as the "relog for Character edits" text. Seems alot of people have been losing stuff from the chests lately, perhaps it would in the long run save you time in these log searches that you end up doing? I know that there are items that peeps pop in thier chest and do not think twice about (i.e. the empty Phyalactery is stackable) And if they are not super carefull each time (I always triple check and noticed that last night ) they might loose things. Just a suggestion. ~ DC

K, I'll check the logs and see what's happened. It's true it can be easy to miss a 'not saved' mesage. I'll floaty and color code the nessages in today's update. In any case, we log all transactions, so I can tell what has happened, and retrieve lost items. Funky

Another (less likely admitedly) possibility is that the chest didn't close when you finished with it (happened to me on one occassion). Then if you leave it, your items won't save, and someone else can come along and take everything from the open chest when they go into the room. Alternatively you might put your items into an open chest and then not see those again, although that would only account for new items put in when the chest is stuck open I think. Thought I'd mention this as I've seen a few occassions of chests stuck open with high level gear still inside them, and also had it happen to me once (fortunately I keep an eye out so if it does happen I'm ready to empty the chest and find another room/server I can put the items back in to).
