Pffffft, I love winter. Winter -> Snow -> Skiing. I love winter and missed it so much in Australia, that in a week I'm heading to Canada to do some skiing there

I happen to love winter also. But I love fall more. And then summer. Spring is too sloppy for me. I can't cycle as much!

I love Ice Storms! Not only is their no save for it, school may get canceled!
Okay, fine, so they NEVER cancel school... but Ice Storms are still so fun!
And skiing totally rocks.

lol @ Dod! no save! And several schools cancelled classes indefinitely here. They will have a lot to make up at the end.
Illandous, you would have to love winter there since it lasts almost 6 months... j/k! Living at a lower latitude than many who have responded, I have to say winter is not usually pretty and white here but scary and transparent with trees snapping and powerlines down with hundreds (thousands?) of people sheltered in the local concert and sporting venue. Statewide I think they are down to about 200,000 people without power.

i Hate winter as well not for any of your reasons (live in florida) but the fact that its busy season for me (Singing/Acting) and i get overworked.
