I'd like to see the way keys are handled improved. Instead of carrying numerous individual keys, just grant each character a "keyring" item.
When a character picks up a key in game, it is automatically deleted and the player gets a message such as "Abandoned Temple Key has been added to your keyring".
Using the special power of the keyring could print out a list of the keys that are on it.

Good idea. However, the implementation of this would take a LOT of time and require going through and recoding all the doors and all the keys, which would, I'm assuming, be too much work for the small benefit (which means the DM team wouldn't do it), because in LL areas you don't really use keys all that much anyways (and when you do the keys are consumed on use, which you wouldn't put on a keyring).

Pretty much spot on. Keys are mostly used only for non-LL areas. Definitely a good idea for HG2 though. Funky
