Improvements to Testing Chamber.

Not sure if there is a post about this already, but I had a couple of idea's that could improve the testing chamber quite abit. I also imagine that improvements to the chamber wil lbe far dow nthe totem pole for things to do for funky and the team, but hey I figured I would post them anyway.

First off would it be possible to have a second pull chain that will spawn a Orc that will fight back? I know there are a few occasions in which when testing you want to test conceal or damage reduction. Could we have an orc who will attack you when you come close to him but not able to move simular to the current orc?

Second could the Trainer be allowed to dispense your class secret if your elegible for it? Your going to be eligle for the secret when you lvl your test toon to 40 anyway, provided you took the required lvls. Many builds may rely on the secret, but you are unable to test how the build will do in the test chamber with it. This will save people who want to know what the build will work like with the secret from trying to make arrangements with DM's.

Let him get an attack of opportunity.

That TOTALLY defeats the purpose of the Test Chamber. The point is NOT to have to do the math and actually TEST it, it's like practice vs theory, in theory they're both the same, but in practice....

When I use the Test Chamber usually I'm trying to confirm my math.

No, the point of the test chamber is mostly to verify things that are harder to calculate, like feat progressions with subraces. Calculating ac/ab is considerably easier and less susceptible to error.

i use the test chamber for plotting saves, stat points, and feat progression. i can account for all else cept extra attacks with simple arithmatic.

So how secret are these things going to be if I can just make a toon of each class and look at their secrets?

The secret is how to get them. It's not a secret what the secrets actually are, I've seen HS's secret mentioned many times on these forums.

Any chance the test chamber could be made PvP so we could practice the builds against actual ppl and not just the monkey? I think this would help to see the 'toughness' of the build in a real world scenario.
