Or Dragonkin, or Dragonfated.
This idea evolved from making a UR version of White Half-Dragon. It seemed to me kinda silly only a non-secret subrace can get such nice immunities mixed with RDD, or maybe I was just a bit miffed that you can build such a nice immunity tank from day 1 on the server.
Anyways... originally I thought a race with more severe penalties/benefits similar to HD White, with say 100% cold immunity, but 250% fire vulnerability, with more stat changes and +4 Lore. I did some research to find a good name and came upon Dragonborn, which are humanoids that later pledge themselves to serve Bahamut and undergo a transformation that makes them more dragon-ish than half-dragons. They are not born as dragonborns, but rather it's more comparable to the transformation a PM undergoes to become a lich.

A Dragonfated (fated to be Dragonborn) might start with no bonuses, except for +4 lore for RDD. By level 20, if the character as 10 RDD levels (or some other requirement(s)), they become Dragonborn (maybe have to go on a quest, slay some dragons for instance, plenty of those out there). For every dragon they slay, they gain marginal benefits as if they had levelled or something. Maybe slaying Cesspool gives Toughness, slaying Bloodpool gives Dodge, slaying Deadpool gives +2 Con, slaying MoaD gives better bonuses. All these bonuses are one-time only, but perhaps slaying Tiamat gives +1% immunity to all elements, up to a max of 5% or 10%.
Other possible bonuses:
DB - gives an item with two powers: activate/deactivate. Activating lets you levitate, at the cost of -4 Str/Dex/Con, freeing up a ring slot. Deactivating turns it off.
Sissy - same as above, breathe water for -6 Con/Dex/Cha.
These items would make cool URs too, usable by everyone.
So Dragonfated would have no stat modifiers, and +4 Lore only. It would be a quest-based race, maybe requiring certain levels of RDD, to get stats and feats equivalent to other UR races.
