Prismatic Spray could use some love:
Suggestion:
I missed Prismatic Wall and Spell

In that vein we could make each of the colors of the wall match with an equivalent focus
At caster lvl 45: The spell is transformed into a devestating wave attack that pulses from the caster (to mimic a sphere), caster must have Epic Spell Penetration, to convert this into a pulse attack, otherwise it remains a cone. Pulse attack should be similiar to bards Wave of Fear. At lvl 45 it should maintain the same effects that are currently in place for Prismatic Spray.
The range on the pulse is MEDIUM size.
At caster lvl 50: The spell becomes even more powerful, harnessing the casters focused training and lifeforce into a devestating series of attacks. With the following spell focuses the pulse attack now takes on the following properties.
SIDE EFFECT: (Really to avoid spamming)
Because of the intense power and focus of the spell, the caster is left drained an unable to move, and loses health as an effect of the life drained to power this spell. However, they still remain capable of casting spells. The duration of the drain is 5 seconds per ESF of the wave.
** Str drain to 1 possibly, or rooted effect cast
** Health drain unavoidable, able to be healed. Possibly a percentage of health per ESF.
*** The idea here is to have a side effects to this spell to avoid casters from spamming the spell.
*** The root effect and wave based component forces the caster to be much closer to the mobs, and unable to run away freely, thus putting them at much higher risk of being beat on.
BASE DC BONUS should make each effect equivalent to casting a lvl 9 spell. The DC bonus should be added on to of that for each Spell Focus.
ESF Evoc: +1 DC per Evoc focus
Each creature is hit with a wave of Magical Damage, similar to a with the same effects as a Greater Thunderclap (Same effects as current LL Greater Thunderclap)
ESF Conj + 1 DC per Conj focus
Each creature is hit by a wave of combustion, same
**COOL EFFECT INC**
The intent of this effect is to help increase the usefulness of LSF Conjuration, which I think many people ignore
This effect summons into being an planar siphon, which encapsulates each creature it hits. The planar siphon drains the life of the creature by damaging them and feeding on it's pain. THIS SPELL IS THE SAME AS THE SPELL COMBUSTION AND DAMAGES OVER TIME, WITH EACH HIT DOING THE DAMAGE BELOW. FOR EACH LEVEL OF Conjuration focus the siphon damages each creature for the following: types of planar damage
Spell Focus Conj: Positive
Greater Spell Focus Conj: Negative
Epic Spell Focus Conj: Divine Damage
LL Spell Focus Conj: Magical Damage
The Siphon continues to do each type of damage per round (SAME as combustion), if they fail their save each round
ESF Illusion +1 DC per illusion focus
Each creature is hit with a powerful wave of doubt and pessimism, they underestimate there own abilities to defeat their foes.
The Spell acts lessons the abilities of the creatures to effectively fight. Each of the creatures stats are reduced by 12 points PER spell focus in illusion.
ESF Nec +1 DC per Nec focus
Each creature is hit by the same effects as an ENERVATION spell. (This idea is to allow for the immediate +3 casting levels, if they are surronded by more then 2 monsters. The bonus is for the next spells that they are able to cast, allowing for them to compensate a bit more for the effect of the "rooted/Health drain" side effect. But the caster will need to figure out which spells are the best to use)
ESF Abj - Bypasses Spell Pen + No Save
Each creature is hit by a Greater Spell Breach,
ESF Transmute +1 DC per Spell focus
Each create is hit by a Flesh to Stone spell, non perm - same dur
ESF Divination (No Save as current Power Word: Stun)
Acts the same as an LL Level Power Word: Stun incorpating the bonuses of LSF Div as it does now
Each creature is hit by Power Word: Stun
ESF Enchantment: +1 DC Per Spell Focus
Each creature is hit by wave of maddening force, causing them to undergo the effects of a powerful confusion spell
Caster Level 55:
The size of the pulse increases if the caster has legendary focuses:
1 LSF: Size of pulse changes from Medium to Large
2 LSF: Size of pulse changes from Large to Gargantuan

Now I know that you look at this an go what a nightmare to script, however, this spell really would really make casters shine AND allow them to tailor this spell to their individual builds.
The spell itself allows for customization and extra rewards for really focusing on specializtion in casting. Meaning IF the caster uses ALL feats to completely maximize this spell, they will suffer from their other spells being lowered.
However, if casters still want to build to be specific types of casters, they still benefit from this spells in more limited ways.
