You may have many hitpoints with this build, but you aren't gonna hit anything with him, as AB is determined by the STR modifier (melee) or DEX (melee with weapon finesse feat/archer) or WIS (archer with zen archery feat), neither of which you have. You're missing somewhere between 15 and 20 AB compared to a STR build. No GMW is gonna help you over that. So, you can drop basically anything which makes you hit better/harder from the build and not make a difference, e.g. improved critical is only making a difference if you're able to do criticals at all. The knockdown feat is not gonna do anything for you since you can't hit. If you want to salvage the idea of having a huge amount of hitpoints anyway, you must now think of a job for him. Shall he sing (and have insane amounts of hitpoints)? Shall he open locks (and have insane amounts of hitpoints)? Shall he fire ranged attacks (...)? Regards

From what I have heard a tanks main priority is to take most of the hits while the casters and AAs take them out with their insane AB or wicked spells I think this would be a pretty good build to make as it would make a terrific tank (not dealing much damage but can take an insane amount of hits). - FyreChyld

How will you take hits when the monsters wont focus on you, as you wont hit them at all, generation Zero hate (if there actually exists such a thing in NWN). Anyway, at least for Hells, as tank youre supposed to dish out decent damage as well as protect damage dealers.
Youll get knockdowned by pit fiends AND dex knockdown monsters, making the character totally useless when combined with the fact that he cant hit anything.
Also, picking feats (Epic toughness) for getting 20 extra HP is a total waste (except for RDD builds). If you absolutely have to, you would come out better by picking more Great con as theyll net you the same amount but also extra Fort saves.
If u want tons of HP go for a RDD build, you can get good AB and lots of HP at the same time. For less damange but more damage resistance, choose a DD build like Tin Can.

It has a lot of hp, but I think a Tin Can would hit far better and even survive better due to the fire immunity and extra AC. 1340hp is more than enough, ab can be high enough to do some respectable damage, and AC would be 4-5 higher due to RDD levels. It took a while but my DD/RDD soloed Pyramid up to the levers with only GMW/DF as buff. More hp would have been worth almost nothing compared to the loss of fire immunity, ab, and AC. The build does a more than adequate job of soaking hits while still being able to hit things with an ab in the 70s. Almost every death recorded by my character in Hells down to Asmo was of the insta-kill rolled-a-1 variety. If you want more damage at expense of damage reduction, go for an RDD/WM. A regular RDD without WM won't hit for meaningfully more damage than a Tin Can (scythe 20/x4 vs. bastard sword's 19-20/x3 -- ab's should be pretty similar).

Believe me...If I could have taken great constitution there...I would have. Those were Fighter epic feats which didn't have much more to choose from. I figured Epic Toughness would be best as I am focusing on more HP.

Err haven't you read the Fighter edits then - Fighter:
-Stat Conversion: Fighters may exchange Epic Prowess feats for stat points, by using the PC scry. This ability is only available to them from levels 22 to 41, and is intended to allow them to gain additional stat points instead of other bonus epic fighter feats. A character with more than 21 levels of fighter can no longer delevel using the town priest.
