Wanted to toss a build idea out there....
Sorc/RDD/PM
5 Sorc 10 RDD 10 PM Rest is sorc
You get 40 levels of sorcerer, giving you 60% concealment, epics, and some nice buffs. 10 RDD and 10 PM gets you +10 AC. Also, you get immunity to stun, paralyzation, fire, and critical hits, as well as some nice stat bonuses. You can pick up the Constitution artifact for immunity to poison, or pick up Perfect Health instead (requires 25 Con, you get +2 from RDD). Or, use the Wisdom artifact for Fear immune (though you can easily get that from items). Not sure how useful immunity to confusion might be (from Int).
For spell choice, you can pick up all defensive spells, such as Shadow Shield and Greater Sanctuary. Level 9 spells would be Timestop, BBoD, and Bigby (you can still grab creatures without SR because the save isn't based on your primary stat).
Drawback would be very crappy AB, with Sorc and PM both having 1/2 and RDD having only 3/4.
You could go Str-based, rearrange levels to become a Bloodfire Mage so you can wear up to Medium armor without spell failure, or not pick up that class and go either str or dex, using robes and dual wielding or using a flag but having 60% conceal.

tank? pick bard instead of sorc you're missing tumble/LLdisci/ab just to get some sorc buffs with nerfed casterlev, while your offensive spells will never pierce SR nor cause a failed save, so this build looks pointless
