Good wizard subby that changes look?

As I have said before I NEED to use a subrace that changes look in order to play if it requires robes. So me forgetting my password to my other account doesn't help that much. I have no subraces other than the free ones and I need a decent subrace that changes look that is free. I can't find any with an INT boost that changes look so I am asking you guys.

Illithid sounds a good race for you, but is secret. Can't tell you about how to get it here.
Pretty much all subraces require an immo toon to find/collect.
Grab an immo and find Spike ingame. I've got business in the area you would need to go to.
