Since this build is quite doable and very strong for new players i hope they don,t read some of the comments below the build itself. Reading you will die a lot and have a hard time when leveling up might not be the greatest stimulant to try it.
I know i am a negative reader, sorry about that. But thats the way i read it.
I updated my strat in the first post, should fix some of the commented weaknesses. Also added tinkering options.

*With a decent gmw and a little barbsong you will notice your charscreen showing 100+ AB. Yay. Don't you belive it. Check your logs for your true AB always - the char sheet is about as reliable as George Bush. *110 or more AC is quite doable. You wear a % immune heavy armor off course. Immo plate works fine already. *Personally i walk around with around 1400 hp. *This char is not tested for the hells areas. According to the pros the char has dangerously low ac and hitpoints and you will die a lot out there for sure. Its a damage/strength tank after all. Just about any str tank walks around with dangerously low ac. You will need good gear so that you can cover your immunities to everything - all elements, all types of exotics, and physical. With your ac, you are the literal broad side of a barn in hell. 110 ac is bunk. Most things in the hells have ABs of over 100. You WILL get hit a lot. This is why you need lots of hit points. Immunity items are your friend. And crits from exotic based creatures leave big marks. Gear suggestions: Basicly, focus on getting good ac. Get a amulet and shoes with as high as possible ac, get a shield. Get a plate mail with damage % immunities. And make sure you have a xx/- resist for each damage type. Off course get the standard mind/death/harm immunities available on many items. You will have a surprisingly easy time compared to most of the guys around you.
Gear suggestions: You want as much % and xx/- resist as you can get, while maximizing your ac. You will have an easy time, until you start running into things that devcrit, that force saves on hits, or things that have high crit ratios with relatively high exotic damages. With your low ac, you will be be critted fairly often - my dd at ~120 ac eats quite a few crits. You will need to examine your logs in new areas to determine what exactly was tearing you up, and shift your gear around to cover that vulnerability. If something is whaling you for 50 points of uncovered xxxx type damage each hit, and 2 of them are hitting you 3 times each round, that's 300 points of damage a round. When they crit, you're usually going to take a lot more than that 50x3.

Yeah, unless you're in the middle of the fight when a narz kd's you and your rage wears off, or a rin doms you, or you get stoned by a rak, or you have a really bad spawn right before you're about to rest and you run out of rages, or you get jumped by mobs spawning on top of you before you're raging. No, you'll never get critted.
