Resilient Flurry - HG Edition

Goal: Alternative to the tin can with a sword, a solid meatshield with some good offensive damage.

11/Day Defensive Weave (1D6 + 22 Blunt DMG Damage Shield, 44 rounds per use)
Pros:
Nice Damage without weapons. Cleave, furry of blows, stunning fist, improved knockdown and improved initiative all add to that nicely.
Empty Body gives non-dispellable 70% concealment, 15/-damage reduction, and a 23point damage shield, make him hard and painful to hit, and if he does get hit he’s got a decent Mid-500's HP.
Improved Evasion with decent saves help reduce incoming spell damage.
Monk speed. Yum.
Cons:
Needs AC boosting gear (Wisdom Amulets add to ac and increase dc of offensive feats)
Only +3 (from Ki Strike) to bypass damage reduction, so that needs to be made up by good gloves.
Something to boost his saves in general would help against casters.
EDIT: Changed Empty body to proper concealment % (70).
