I tried sketching it: Everything sort of worked but skills - the main point - fighters have too few skill points.
I wonder if non maxed skill could cut it in LL areas. Another option is having just rank 43 then adding both skill focus and epic skill focus. (maybe grabbing just rank 53 in them)
If we add some level up stat points to int during level 4 and 8, we also get more skills...

Fighter 14 WM 6 Rogue 1 (in this exact order, don't forget to qualify for Weapon master, get tumble and grab a few point in rogue skills at 21)
Fighter 21 WM 7 Rogue 2 (take rogue at 32, so tumble can get to 35)
Fighter 30 WM 7 Rogue 3 (take rogue at 40, make sure to get all relevant rogue skills)
Fighter 30 = 16 feats (11 + 5)
21 Standard feats
3 subrace bonus = Dodge, Mobility, Armor Skin
= 40 feats !!!!

AC = standard str tank in medium/heavy armor with shield
