Can anyone help me build an open subrace sorcerer? I don't know a thing about arcane casters and only have kenku to build off of so I figure theres another race that would suite it well. I don't want it to change appearance (hate the yuan-ti appearance) so any way you build it with any other race would be great! Thank you in advance!

Best bet I can see off hand is Nymphkin or Nereidkin

I want a pure sorcerer, all cha and possibly evo/trans/illus/necro foci. Any help would be extremely welcome!

Your SF feat at 21 is wrong. I think you meant ESF: Illusion. Also, you will get the chance to use a Spell Focus Tome at some point so, that will free up 3 feats along the way. You might even be able to acquire a tome now in preparation for your sorc. You will want to include Greater Ruin into you feat selection then, and at least 50 ranks of Spellcraft. You might also want to add Blooded at level 1, and LSA: Tumble in Legendary Levels for the AC bonus.
As a new arcane player, I suggest taking your 40th level as a paladin level. This will give you uber high saves, shield proficiency, and the chance to dump some skill points into discipline.

Here's the feat breakdown I envision:
Half-Elf Nereidkin STR: 9 DEX:10 CON: 12 WIS: 9 INT:14 CHA: 18 -1str, -2int, +2cha
Pre-Epic Feats:
01: Blooded 03: Spell Focus Evocation 06: Spell Focus Transmutation 09: Greater Spell Focus Evocation 12: Spel Focus Necromancy 15: Greater Spell Focus Transmutation 18: Extend Spell
Epic Feats:
21: Empower Spell 23: Epic Spell Focus: Evocation 24: Epic Spell Focus: Transmutation 26: Greater Spell Focus Necromancy 27: Epic Spell Focus Necromancy 29: Great Charisma I 30: Great Charisma II 32: Great Charisma III 33: Great Charisma IV 35: Great Charisma V 36: Great Charisma VI 38: Great Charisma VII 39: Greater Ruin 40: Paladin level -- dump skill points into Discipline
Legendary Feats:
41: Read Illusion Tome 42: Legendary Spell Penetration 45: LSA: Tumble 48: Legendary Spell Focus Illusion 51: Legendary Spell Focus Necromancy 54: Great Charisma VIII 57: Great Charisma IX 60: Great Charisma X
I think this is right. I just quickly shuffled the feats around.

Not correct. Thanks for trying though, I use the SP tome, tis why I took the 4 foci, cant fit GR in on that build and I am keeping it pure for the free dc and sp.

Yeah, I missed the Spell Pen tome. It's better to outline these things rather than having us guess. I'll keep guessing and assume that you're leveling this build, not reincarnating. Waiting until 41 to have any penetration might not be the best idea anyhow. By level 22, there will be SR checks that you won't be able to beat. Use a different tome. Take GSF: Necro earlier and GSF: Trans later. Trans hasn't many useful spells in low levels, but Necro at least has CoD and UTD. Consider taking LSF: Evo and going the damage route rather than the Insta-killer route. An open subrace will not have the same SP/ DC of higher tier subs.
Just advice.

Look at T1K's kobold build. That's what I used. It was fantastic!
Though 4 Epics and Spell Pen makes for a squishy open race sorc.

I would use tome for Evocation or Transmutation and pick up Spell Penetration earlier as well as Necromancy earlier. You could also consider dropping Evocation or Transmutation to get LSF in the other and some additional feats such as Greater Ruin.

How about:
Gnome gets 2 extra skill points per level in LLs and SF: Illusion for free.
And is it worth it to sacrifice a foci to take epic mage armor or epic warding? (Sorry to hijack the thread...curious for a sor of my own).

I'd still use Yuan-Ti. CHA +2, INT +1, DEX +1, WIS-3, STR -1, +5 Spellcraft, sr5 +1/lvl, speaks Draconic, speaks Yuan-ti. BC: Sorcerer Here is why, besides the "human" and other things: BC: Sorcerer. A BC (Bonus Class) means you will receive bonus (that's FREE) XP if you are that class, by default 10%. So just for being a sorcerer you will get a free 10% bonus to every kill xp. Believe me that makes a difference in LL levels.
I have made a bard back in the day using Yuan-Ti, I agree it's ugly to look at but it's a very favourable class imho for sorcerer.
