Hi Funky. Just curious what are you going to do with meteor swam? And when will it be update to HG?
And one more thing I used a empowered Finger of Death spell on some monster when my mage was like low 30s. And for some reason it did negative damage and not magic damage. Would you look in to that plz?

Adding damage. Next update. Finger of Death DOES do negative damage, yes.

Slight problem with the epic spell, ensnare true denizen. Lasting only 3 minutes, it would be nice if the balor did something other than casting useless spells (power word stun and greater dispelling?) for most of the time it's summoned. I would like to see either his spells removed or reduced, or his time extended, as it is he is somewhat lacking.

Mishima - I'm gonna drop duration to 2 minutes and get rid of ALL the spells, since that's NOT the reason you're summoning it. Doomsday - You didn't read that anywhere on this server. AFAIK, that ability is hardcoded, or at the very least in a 2da that would reqire player download in hak form to alter (we don't do haks). Funky

I have a suggestion for Paladins/CoT. Smite evil only does physical damage, which makes it useless against the dragons. I just tested my new pally on deadpool who has about 250 damage on her smite and deady absorbed the lot. I'm presuming this will be the same on dach, couldnt do it on MOAD as she isnt evil, havent tried it on prissy yet or anywhere in mana but i assume the bosses there have high damage resist too. Maybe we could change the damage to divine? I dont this would be too excessive as you can only get 3/day max, on dachy he has 50% conceal so you arent likely to connect all of them and the most smite damage (on not crittable enemies) you could get with a build that would be useless in every other respect (ie biowares damage adept) is about 400 - 500, the build i made which scrapes up to 59 ab against non-dragons does about 250 on her smites. Would this be too much divine damage?

mm just thought of an exploit there tho you could port out and refresh smites and port back, maybe its a bit too much to ask

I tested this with Groo and we're gonna do it, assuming its possible. You do, after all, have to hit them, and you only get so many uses on the RotPT anyway. Best, Funky

I don't suppose theres a way, or an inclination to remove the CoT + to saves bonuses from the overall +20 cap to save increases by magical means?

There's no way to do it without a hak. I'm also not sure that it's INCLUDED in that cap in the first place, which I THINK is +12 not 20, as with stats. The +20 caps are for ac and ab. Skills are at +50. Not 100% sure on that, but around 95%. Funky

The reason I bought this up is because I realised that the saves on my pally's char sheet were actually 5 higher than on the battle log. I wondered why this was and suspected it was something to do with the CoT saves as, coincidentally, 5 is the amount I should have had added to my saves from 10 CoT levs. I trawled through biowares site to see if anyone else has noticed this and found this thread: nwn.bioware.com/forums/viewtopic.html?topic=430336&forum=42What this essentially means if its true then is that the CoT 'bonus' to saves will not actually improve your saves more than any other class. Seeming as its quite easy to reach the +20 cap with items.

Still pretty sure it's +12, at least with items. I'd test it yourself if you want to be sure, there is a HUGE amount of disinfornation on the Bioware forums. Funky

HI I was wondering if u can increase the duration for "Deafening Clang", "Prayer" and "Holy Sword"? can u double Prayer's duration by 2 at lvl 21 and incease the duration for deafening clang and holy sword so it last 1 turn per 2 or 3 lvl?

Can I? Sure. But I'd need a reason to. The durations, unlike the bonuses, already scaled to level 40, so there was no real balance-based reason to change them.

mmmm.... i realy dont have a reason for increase "prayer" 's duration. However. there is two for increase duration for "Deafening Clang". First, both Black Guard's death's kiss and assassin Poison Weapon can last 40 turn at lvl 40, deafening clang can only last 4turn at lvl 40 with 40 lvl of pally. Also both black Guard and Assassin's bounes damage increase every 2 or 3 lvl, but deafening clang's damage only incease every 10 lvl. the defference is petty big. And the reason for increase holy sword spell's duration because there no other good lvl 4 spell for pally other than "Freedom of Movement". and it is a lvl 4 spell which mean pally can not use extend feat to double its duration. well thanks for consider, i hope that is enough reason........
