Suggestion to improve monk ab.
Add 1/2 Wisdom modifier to ab.
Would need restrictions like X amount of monk and possibly melee only.
I don't think it would be overpowered as most pure monks lose 5ab pre legend and 3 after compared to your average fighter.
Most monks would get +5 ab from this suggestion so it would beef them up a bit but not too much. Also gives option to go either Str/Dex and gaining +1 ab per 2 points or wis for +1 ab per 4.
Food for thought anyway.

Could monk empty body get more uses? For dex monks it's not too bad since AC and self concealment can keep you alive fairly well most of the time, but for a str monk i imagine you'd run out pretty quick. I think it's a tad unfair that SD's get unlimited Shadow Evade and monks only get 2 uses of Empty Body a rest.

A suggestion for rogues. Dirty blows As the rogue knows his enemies weak points, he also knows how to play dirty. Upon taking the dirty fighting, thug and improved initiave feat, the rogue will gain a 1d6+(rogue lvl/8), to a max of 7 dmg, pierce, slash or bludge dmg? If the rogue then takes superior the dmg taken by the Dirty Blows increase to 2d6+(rogue lvl/5), to a max of 15 dmg, pierce, slash or bludge dmg? It's just a suggetions for rogues, since I think that they lack the ability to dual wield without a huge loss in AC, so this could make em a bit more attractive for a party

Suggestion for Prismatic RDD Build:
Instead of selecting a specific element to gain 100% immunity to, could this instead be spread out to fire, elect, acid, and cold. It would make more sense as 1) they are a secret subrace, and 2) they are prismatic. So instead of 1 element at 100%, they would get those four at 50%. ANd this is pushing it I know - cancel out the sonic vulnerability when they gain the other immunitiy bonuses.

Lasof Hatred sugestion.
instead of gaining disarm, improved disarm and knockdown and improved knockdown on attaining Lash of Hatred, you would recieve wpn spec (whip) and epic wpn spec (whip). Perhaps just improved criti whip

Dirty Fighting is probably the worst feat in standard Nwn.
"By sacrificing all your extra attacks you gain 1d4 dmg"
Can't think of any char benefitting of this past level 5. As I see it this ability is meant to give classes that don't have that many attacks a possibility to deal some damage in melee. but this is barely any damage at all.
If this were to be raised to 1d4+level or 1d4*level/2. The skill would be quite useful in certain situations, while not being too overpowered as I see it seeing as the loss of 2-5 attacks will not be worth it for most chars but still some chars could find a use for the bonus damage.
Another potential use would make some kind of "Thug" quasiclass (barb/rogue maybe?) getting special bonuses while using Dirty Fighting.

Latest change to shield ac was a good one however I've tried to make it justifyable to go the route of no shield and relying on Divine and It doesn't seem to work.
You can't get your AC out of the gutter with a str build with just sololy cha/2 shield AC and dex bg/paladin gives up alot already. For this reason I believe it should changed to Cha*3/4.
With BUR race aiming to hit 40 base str for crit immune, a cha focuse (after 40str) could reasonable expect to hit 50-54 after items. 20-22 cha mod. This equates to 15-16 ac.
Considering large shield/tower +13 is around 15-16 ac also (excluding pentavite of course) this would mean it would be equal. Then the cost of the defensive attributes on the shield + girding would be balanced by the 1.5 str mod (+10 in this case) or extra attacks (for the cost of needing dex of 15 and 3 feats.
Hope this is considered as I liked the original change of dodge to shield but I feel it could use a slight boost before people can make use of it.

Metamagic: Minimize Spell
A feat that allows lower level spell slots to be filled with higher level spells but reduces DC, damage, radius, duration, etc. of the spell.

Quivering Palm - Currently once per day with an "in the gutter" DC check. I have a few ideas about this (which may have been proposed before but I am not certain).
a) Become a 1 round per 10 lvls effect once per day that caused a check vs stunning fist DC EVERY TIME the monk hit (streetfighter soundtrack of "Spinning Bird Kick" strictly optional).
b) Inherit the DC of stunning fist on the instakill effect (again against non-crit immune critters) and work once per 20 lvls per day.
c) Work as a one per day per 10 monk levels (including legendary levels) lethal effect. If used on an enemy that has already been stunned by the monk it forces a save against Fort or die.

Two handed weapons are somewhat left out of the play environment, bcs it will only be useful in 1 hand due to the large sized creatures. I for one would like to see them used in the right manor. So I have a small suggestion for creatures, wielding 2 handed weapons, except dual weapons, with both hands and medium/small sized getting a bonus. the dmg way: 2d4 dmg + str mod/7 bludge dmg, due to striking force. the ac way: when wielding a 2 handed weapon and medium/small sized, the character will gain +2 AC for each 10 str mod he has. In example, the orc has a str mod of 30, and will therefore gain 6 AC. I hope we could do something for the twohanders, so if anyone else has great ideas, shoot!

How about a quasi class for dual weapons that allows sheild AC for a medium character with a dual weapon. Maybe a hybrid of ranger and weaponmaster specialized in the dual weapon.

Would it be possible (and not destroying game balance) when the Use Magic Skill will give you caster levels when using a scroll? For example for every two points in UMD you will be treated as a caster with one caster level. UMD 40 with a gmw scroll will result in gmw as casted by a lvl 20 wizard.
If this is possible, what about saying that the three skillfoki (sf, esf and llsf) are counted as spellfoki needed for a spell? For example having UMD 120 with all three skill foki in UMD will result in a gmw with +13 (when my math is right +10 from casterlvl 60, and +1 from every sf counted as spellfocus).
