Answers: 1) Yes. 2) Not for the Set Loot Project, which is why I moved this thread. Otherwise, yes. 3) No, I can make other things scale, but would need a good rationale, as it would be an enormous power boost (free stats) which XR items were not designed having in mind. Practically speaking, not likely to be a good idea, but I'm happy to listen. 4) No, but practically speaking, it would be an enormous power boost to begin scaling before its current point. 5) Yes, we could do that, though it would not be applied modwide, as I assumed you were talking about in 3-4. It would be done onequip of the item. Makes 3-4 totally doable. Bit of a pain the first time round, but still doable. 6) Yes, these are 'item sets' (cf. 'set items'). Would also be a pain to set up, but we have plans to set something like that up anyway.

What item is currently available in that slot, and does it increase SP? Not keen on adding that without some idea of the effect.

I don't know if this is possible, though it is similar to what we did with some other (melee) gloves. I'll run it by acaos. It's potentially a lot of work for an item, though.

I'm with Raj on this one. We're not going to up NB SR drop. Other tweaks to it are ok, and Raj's suggestion might go somewhere, but is for another build/item. OP, how do you want to proceed? Run with that, or tweak your own idea?

I tend to agree that this loot is problematic as is. It's not clearly useful for the intended class, and to get it there people are suggesting ideas that may bring in balance issues that are to predict. More ideas welcome.

This looks like it was taken from your Adamant Justice suggestion, which was already tweaked and slated as set loot for Limbo. If you still want one for this slot, we can take a look at this down the road.
We implemented as nonstacking with toyshop, must be worn.
