there were people watching my back, thats how i knew that something was stolen, we had a group of 6, but 6 lv 25 people can't stop a lv 36 monk

Ok I did not take the time to read all of the points made. But I am going to say this anyway. I was PP'ed of the immortal weapon.. I could not beat Hack back to town because we were next to town.. I hunted him fairly and caught him and slash and well hacked slash and slashed hack... I asked for item back but no luck (was told they only got a few gp)...no biggy.. There is no downside he lost 50k gp and gained god only knows how much, pp'ed in the arena during a battle so did i noticed, no i didnt, but the screen is going 100 miles an hour no one would have. That is not right. I don’t care how you try to rationalize it... Fact is if they are in the area, death is a must... you cant stop them until after they pick you and then it is too late. And seeing how they don’t care to level what is the loss. nothing... I have since been on guard but the game is not as much fun. I always have to look to see who is there and now that 32 people on server everyone is overlapping each other. Hack and Slash are not the only 2 thieves on the game (just the most known). So if you’re missing something don’t just assume Hack and Slash did it. Oh don’t get me wrong I don’t care if you kill them, just might not be the thieves you are looking for. Ok one last point then I shut up... Piping and Peking are the same in my book... Both take away from the fun of the game. You may say it doesn’t but it does for me. and it was not 3 days it was the next day.

i'm pretty sure theres a rule against running straight to town, and stealing while in an arena fight is just wrong

in the arena notice board, one of the rules is NO STEALING DURING A DUEL This is becuase a duel is suppose to be a fair fight between to people to see who's better

Aye, stealing during the middle of someone elses duel is pretty cowardly, and frowned upon. A true thief stalks his prey, waiting for the most oportune moment to strike. A cowardly thief looks right into his backyard (in this case the Arena) for his pickings.
I dare for that to happen while a DM is online, and see what happens to the thief!

ah but that is indeed the best time to strike. When else will the marks concentration be so focused on something other than thier inventory. A "true" thief cares not for time nor place but merely waits for the oppertune moment.

Nah, anyone who steals in the middle of an Arena duel (meaning they are not involved in the battle) will be dealt with extremely.

i'm simply saying that server rules aside there is no point when you can expect a good rp'ing thief to simply say "oh i'm sorry how about we schedule this later" Hell's not to bad Admittedly satan gets anoying but with proper regen and parry skills you can wait him out
